We found that our sales team was wasting far too much time lining up their prospects calls each day. Their process looked something like this:
- Build a list of prospects to call for the day
- Locate the prospects phone number
- Call them from their desk phone
- Take notes after the call had finished
- Start the process over again finding the next prospects phone number
It doesn't sound like much at first but when time is king, it really adds up.
